I stayed in this hotel for 3days with my family. Overall it is good. The worst thing is the behavior of manger of restaurant. He does not know the manner, how yo behave with customer. The owner's behavior is very good. Recommend to stay here but be careful of restaurant manager. Sometimes ge interpretes in reception also. My request to owner is to remove this type of employee for which reputation is affected.

The behaviour of the front desk lady is extremely improper...she's the manager maybe...she misbehaves with boarders. Complimentary breakfast is served on the basis of room fares. When reminded the same, she rudely quarrels with people telling them things like, “You've never been to a buffet before". The staff are good, but this nosy lady makes your stay miserable. She has problems with people asking questions prior to booking. There's a man in-charge of the restaurant who's equally uncivilised and might outright call you a liar for pointing out their flaws in management.

Worst hotel and service. Food is simply WORST. Don't get into the trap. Beware! Behaviour of the staffs are invariably rude and bad. I highly discourage to stay here.

Beautiful hotel just near to the sea beach. We got a suite room which was around 3400 in December. The Hotel is clean and very well maintained. The view was beautiful and the food in the hotel is reasonable and tasty. The lime soda and hilsa fish is my favourite

The hotel seemed to be clean and comfortable. The prices seemed justifiable though its a bit high. The service workers lacked coordination but were courteous and hardworking ones. The management requires better policy making and should be a bit more respectful towards customers.

This Hotel has the most ill behaved Staff members including the Front Office staff who does not even know how to converse with guests. The charge for Extra bed even for a 5 year old child staying with two adults in a double occupancy room and this has been made mandatory by them. They would provide toiletries or towel for a single person although the room was on a double occupancy. The stay would be really regrettable one at this hotel. They do not abide by the general Hotel Service Guidelines. The Lady at the Front Office was very rude and would not listen to any of your problems or requests. I had booked rooms for my family as I, myself could not travel and these people at the Hotel made their stay very uncomfortable. I had seen some very negative remarks about this Hotel but had to Book rooms as I had ignored those reviews. The negative reviews were very true. Stay away from this Hotel and ask anybody whoever wants to stay at this Horrible Hotel.

Front desk manager's behaviour is really worst...bad experience at all..even they don't know how to behave with guests..and not that much security they have... I never recommend anyone to visit this hotel
